Currently, when marking an employee as terminated, Admin users have to remember to manually assign the Offboarding workflow.
This can easily be forgotten when busy workloads, and therefore it would be greatly beneficial (and ensure the process is completed correctly) if the Offboarding workflow could be by default assigned or triggered at the time of setting a leave date.
If there is a "workflow" task that can be done to do this as Step 1 then it would save user time.
