If a customer uses a holiday policy in days and they have part timers, they currently need to manually work out how many days holiday they get and enter it into the individual allowances tab. The program has an FTE box in the employment status section which it could use to give a part timer who works 4 days a week, 80% of the holiday allowance of a full timer who works 5 days a week.
