Core: Add Library of Company Documents

Have a "Library" when company / Team policies can be added for staff to access. Documents would be able to have tags assigned so can be searched for, and possibly even assigned to individuals or teams. Documents could also have a Edition version/date and review date, owner etc


Available in Core and Mobile App


So works a bit like Evernote software
