Change format so the working days are selected.
In design, you always look to tick a box to affirm and it is more intuitive if you are selecting the days worked rather than days not worked.
If it is not possible to change the format, then change the tick symbol to a "X" symbol.
Ideally you would would be able to enter if a whole day or fraction of a day, e.g. 0.5 or 1.0 so the Leave takes this amount automatically.
