Without the timesheet module to add Toil you have to simply increase the amount of time available under that absence policy. This does not allow us to track the reason for the TOIL.
Recommendation:
add a "Add Toil" function where (those with authority) can add:
date
reason
duration in Hours/mins or days as required for that individual
to be used by date (either select date or period, ie 1 month 3 months)
Set-up should have a max Toil allowed.
The duration is added to the total policy to be use by the member of staff
