As elsewhere, Sage HR is based on working days and the change to hours very poor.
If you have a policy that is in hours, the carry forward say "hours" but when you go to change it you have to do this in days. Sage HR then calculates the hours for an average working day across the week and applies this.

Hrs, days or bananas it does not matter how you measure your holiday - We just need to be able to enter a figure and it is this what is used. Simple
This same issue occurs throughout Sage HR, and makes managing holiday almost impossible.
Please can this all be corrected before we stop using Sage HR!
