New permissions allows the employee to see their compensation report, but if they select reports it default to the compensation report which can be problematic if they are in a shared space and could share this information to other without realising, can this be collasped to not show by default

We've also had an issue with this. Somehow an "employee" has been able to see the average pay of their team, despite not having any direct reports and the fact no other employee has this visibility. If reports can be managed through permissions for Direct Managers
